Our large boardroom seats approx-imately twelve people where you can enjoy the comfort of our leather chairs in a relaxed, spacious atmosphere. You will have access to a white board, presentation paper, and a drop-down screen to assist you in conducting meetings and seminars. If you need to conduct a conference call via telephone, that option is available as well as providing catering needs for you and your clients. You can also take advantage of our television and VCR complete with Shaw’s cable package as well as our Ethernet cable for internet connection. In-House clients receive three complimentary hours per week for both the boardroom or the meeting room.Our meeting room comfortably seats 4 people in a smaller, more private setting. If you’re looking to conduct interviews, one-on-one meetings, or don’t require a vast amount of space and provisions, the meeting room would be great for you! Our In-House clients receive three complimentary hours per week for both the boardroom or the meeting room.The possibilities are endless! At Seaforth we are able to assist you in your daily word processing tasks from typing an envelope, printing out labels, performing large mail merges, creating Powerpoint presentations, and much more! These services are charged on an hourly and supplies-service basis. Our turnaround is very prompt and we present professional and efficient work in a timely manner.
